10 oz. boneless skinless chicken
10-7/10 oz. salad shrimp
1 whole green pepper
12-1/2 oz. penne
2 cans (28 oz. each) pasta sauce
2 cups grated mozzerella cheese
Cayanne pepper (to taste)

Directions:

Bake chicken a cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Meanwhile cook pasta al dente and dice green pepper. Mix first 5 indredients together in a large casserole dish, top with grated cheese and bake in the oven 30-40 minutes at 375°F until hot in the middle and cheese is bubbly.

Great thing about this recipe is that you can tweak it for individual tastes. We like to add lots of cayanne and black pepper to really spice it up. Great for two with leftovers for lunches.
