Ingredients:

1/2 cup Itailan dressing (Wishbone Robusto)
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Jamaican jerk sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch fresh ground white pepper
2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:

Whisk the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Making sure that the honey is dissolved. Put the shrimp onto soaked wooden skewers (I soak mine in beer.) Brush the sauce onto the shrimp on both sides put them on a plate cover and chill for 30-60 minutes. Heat up the grill to high. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side and serve.

Comments from einar :

I serve mine with a curried rice salad on the side and a few good cold beers. The first time I made this a friend of mine was with me and he helped give me it's name.
