Ingredients:

Any white fish (fresh or frozen)
1 cup shrimp
1 to 2 carrots, chopped
4 potatoes, chopped
1 leek, chopped
Other vegetables of choice
3-3/20 pints water
1 can crushed tomatoes
Dill, to taste (I use a lot)
5 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce*
21/50 to 21/25 pint sour cream
1 lemon
Salt
2 cubes fish or vegetable stock

Directions:

Chop potatoes, vegetables and leek into bits; let boil for 15 minutes before adding stock cubes and crushed tomatoes. Chop the dill and add. Add white fish. Add chilli sauce and cream. Squeeze in juice of lemon. Shrimp should be added last, just before serving. Serve with bread and some white wine or lemon scented water.
