Ingredients:

8-3/4 oz. dark chocolate
7 oz. margarine
7 eggs
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped
2 tbsp. matzo flour or breadcrumbs

Directions:

Separate eggs. Beat yolks lightly with fork. Melt chocolate and margarine, add yolks. Beat whites with sugar until stiff, fold inc hocolate mixture. Divide in half and pour one half into a greased 26 cm. springform pan. (I use a cake tin) Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until dry on top. Cool for a few minutes, then pour over second half of mixture. Freeze immediately. If placed in deep freeze, take out at least 30 minutes before serving.

This recipe can be used for Passover. Use cake matzo flour instead of bread crumbs
