2 cups Graham crackers
1 pint sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 cups cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:

Mix butter with ground crackers; form into crust in pie plate. Mix sour cream salt, sugar and cream cheese; pour into crust. Bake at 425°F for 1-1/2 hours. Let cool, serve.
