1 pkg. (500 g.) Fattis Monis Noodles
1 green pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
Sauce:
8 fl. oz. tomato sauce
4 fl. oz. olive oil
1/3 oz. mild curry powder
4 fl. oz. vinegar
6-1/4 oz. white sugar
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions:

Cook noodles and drain. Add green pepper and onion. Make up sauce and mix together. Pour over noodles, mix and chill. For best results leave in refigerator overnight.

For a more zippy taste, add more tabasco and add less sugar.
