Ingredients:

1-1/2 lb. boneless chicken, sliced in thin strips
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup flavored vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup rice, cooked

Directions:

Stir fry chicken in a little butter or olive oil on medium heat, until you can see just a little pink on each piece. Mix in walnuts and pour mixed cup of vinegar and maple syrup over meat; cook for another few minutes until the chicken is done through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over white rice.
