12 potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
1 pkg. bacon, cut and cooked
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 to 1-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar or to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl add cooked hot potatos, bacon, green onions, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve warm.

Some people like alot of viniger and some dont like alot. It is really all about what you like or how strong you want it to be.
