Total Time:

1:00

Ingredients:

2 ripe avacadoes
Lime juice, to taste
1 pint sour cream (I use reduced fat)
16 oz. salsa
Shredded Monterrey jack cheese
Sliced black olives (optional)

Directions:

Mash the 2 avacadoes, drizzle lime juice in and mix together. Spread on bottom of an 8x8 pan*. spread sour cream on top of the avacado (do not mix together). Spread the salsa on top of sour cream, then sprinkle the cheese on top of the salsa. Sprinkle black olives on top of the cheese (if desired). Chill for 1 hour.

Comments from anne marie poveromo :

Serve with taco chips.

* I find square works best & a glass pan lets you see the layers.
