Ingredients:

5 lb. chicken breasts without skin (or legs, thighs)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
12 to 16 oz. Russian salad dressing
8 oz. apricot preserves or jam

Directions:

Mix last 3 ingredients, pour over chicken. Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours
on low or 4-5 hours on high. Serve over rice if desired.
