Ingredients:

2 lb. chicken breasts
12 oz. clam juice
1 dash garlic
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 cups flour
Oil for frying
Butter
Sliced almonds

Directions:

Cut and pound chicken breast to approxamately 1/4 inch thick. Marinate in clam juice for 24 hours; keep refrigerated. Sprinkle a dash of garlic powder and a 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper into flour and mix. Remove chicken from clam juice and cover with flour mixture. Fry quickly in oil. Melt butter and toast almonds in it. Sprinkle Almond over "Phony Abalone" serve with a slice of lemon.
