1 beef roast
2 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can english peas
1 can corn
1 can baby carrots
Rice (optional)

Directions:

Place roast into a crock pot and pour Lipton Onion Soup Mix and Cream of Mushroom Soup over the roast. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Turn crock pot on high and add remaining ingredients. Cook until vegetables are heated through.
Optional: May be served over rice

This is a wonderful dish for working mothers. I turn this on as I leave for work and dinner is complete in 20 minutes after I get home!!!!!
