Prep. Time:

Total Time:

1:00

Ingredients:

2 cans tuna in oil, drained and flaked
2 to 3 stalks celery, finely diced
1 md. onion, finely diced
5 to 7 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 to 8 hard boiled eggs
Mustard
Salt and pepper

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the tuna, celery, and onion. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and seperate the yolks into a seperate bowl. Mash the yolks well and put into the tuna mixture. Dice egg whites (as big or small as you want, I prefer sm. to med. size) then add to the tuna mixture. Add the salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix total mixture well. Squeeze mustard on top -- in one quick swirl design ALL around mixture. Mix well again.

Note: You may have to do a couple of taste tests to get the right amount of mustard, salt and pepper.

Comments from Tabitha Whisenand :

You can even eat this mixture by itself in a bowl. If putting on bread put a little additional mayo on the slices of bread. Everyone that has tried this has wanted the recipe from me.
