Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. beef instant granulas
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup hot beef or chicken broth

Directions:

Preheat oven to 250°F. In a medium bowl. Combine flours and cornmeal milk powder, sugar, garlic powder and beef granules. Stir together to mix. Add egg and cheeses. Add the hot broth. Adding just enough so that the dough can be worked with. The dough should not be sticky. Knead dough on a slightly floured surface for 10 turns. Let dough rest for 5 minutes. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick and cut with dog bone cutter. Bake for 1-1/2 hours rotating tray several times. Cool on a wire rack.
