3 cups cooked, mashed sweet pototes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix top 6 ingredients and put in a baking dish. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

This can be used as a casserole or some people like it as a dessert. If you like the top crunchy make a double batch. Great for the holidays!!

Becky - I think she means to double the topping ingredients. Doubling the recipe would give you the same consistency... Cheers! |
