Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 md. onion, chopped
1 md. zucchini, chopped
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 to 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
4 English muffins, split in half and roasted

Directions:

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium high heat, stir until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain off fat. Stir in green pepper, onion, zucchini, and tomato. Cook stirring occasionaly, until onion is tender (about 5 minutes). Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon mixture over muffin halves and serve open faced.
