Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup milk
3 slices bread, cubed
1-1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 sm. onion minced
1 cup ketchup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Take the ground beef and break up in medium bowl. Add all of the ingredients (only half of the ketchup) and fold together making sure that all of the ingredients are even throughout the meat.

Shape into the loaf form that you want and place in a 9x12-inch baking dish. Take the rest of the ketchup and spread evenly on top of the meatloaf. Cover with tin foil and place in the oven for 1 hour. For the last 15 minutes, uncover.
