Ingredients:

Frozen rolled tacos, defrosted and chopped up into half-inch chunks
Canned black or refried beans
Fresh salsa
Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Avocados, sliced
Sour cream, if desired
Olives
Cilantro

Directions:

Use a cassarole dish. Make the bottom layer out of the beans, then layer the cut up taco pieces, then place the cheese on top. Bake for about 10 minutes at 450°F or until it is bubbling hot. Serve imediately. Top with cold salsa, sour cream, olives, cilantro or whatever you wish.

Comments from Melissa Woycechowsky :

If you don't wish to use frozen rolled tacos, use corn tortillas layered with cheese and cooked meat. The oil from the cheese will cook the tortillas nicely even in the oven.
