Ingredients: |

1 fish (of your choice, recommended fresh tuna or bluefish)
Mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup olive oil
1 pinch basil
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:

Spead mayonnaise over fish, and place in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and let marinate for 1 hour. Preheat grill. Place fish on grill, and heat on each side to preferred doneness.
