Ingredients:

1 egg
1 cup flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup blueberry pie filling (optional; or any flavor you like works)

Directions:

Beat egg until fluffy; add milk and oil. Stir in dry ingredients just until lumps are out. Spray electric griddle and heat to 350°F. Pour batter on griddle; flip when golden brown. Serve with butter and warm syrup.

Anyone who's made pancakes before could estimate amount of milk. Just pour enough to make a creamy pourable mix- too much will make them too thin and too little too thick.


I tried this recipe with 3/4 cup milk and that was a tad too much. I would suggest using 1/2 cup milk. But I must say, they were incredibly light and fluffy and, ok, I'll say it ------- AWESOME!


I'm sure they are awesome but I have to agree, Where is the milk?
