Ingredients: |

3 x-lg. tomatoes
3 to 4 Roma tomatoes
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes
2 md. banana peppers
4 cloves garlic
3 to 6 oz. jalapenos (use some of the juice if you want more spice)
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 md. Vidalia onion
Cilantro to your taste, don't use too much, it is powerful
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/4 cups white vinager
1 tbsp. salt, and then salt to taste

Directions:

Take all the ingredients and blend in food processor or blender until desired texture. For chunky salsa chop half of the ingredients by hand and puree the other half.

I've been making salsa for 5+ years and this is the 1st time that it has been written down. This isn't very hot but is extra tasty!!! Enjoy!!
