Ingredients:

2 cups chopped Vidalia onions
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise

Directions:

Thoroughly mix together. Place in ungreased 1-1/2 qt. cassarole dish.
Bake in 325°Foven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with crackers.

I have made this with a mixture of Monterey Jack & Mozzarella cheeses, when I was out of Swiss. It was excellent.
