Ingredients:

1 dozen jalapenos
2 pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Mexican cheese
1/4 cup cilantro
3 to 4 green onions
1 tsp. Mexican oregano
1 tsp. cumin
Freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Squeeze of lime
Zest of lime

Directions:

Cut the tops off the pepper and carefully extract the pepper guts, leaving the rest of the jalapeno intact. Or take the top off and slice them in half. Take out the seeds and discard.

Mix remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender. Put mixture in a pastry stuffer and fill jalapenos. Chill if desired.

Comments from David Stephens :

You can also dash a little chili powder on top for some color.

I am one of those guys that does not use recipes too often so you can vary the ingredients however you like.
