4 to 5 md. boneless pork chops, chopped or whole
4 tbsp. oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 cans Campbell's Beef Broth
Instant rice (equal parts of rice and beef broth)
2 tbsp. sage, or to taste
|
Directions:
|
Cook pork in oil then when pork in almost done add onions and cook until all is done. Then add your beef broth and sage, bring to a boil. Add instant rice. Turn off stove, cover and let rice cook. Serve.

My husband really liked this recipe as well as my kids. very simple, easy and quick. The sage amount was a little too much. I did add a little less than that if there's not a whole lot in there it tastes tasteless. |

This was a very tasty dinner my family loved it. It was so simple and quick!!. As far as the sage goes it says 2 tbs. or to TASTE I didnt put that much in, I think it depends on how much you like sage everyone is diffrent. I put in 1 tbs. instead of 2, and it worked great for us!!! |
