Ingredients:

2 slices thin white bread
Blackberry (or your favourite flavour) jam
1 pkg. small marshmellows
Chunky or natural peanut butter

Directions:

Take the two pieces of bread and spread a liberal amount of peanut butter on each piece. Use a spoon to drop some jam on the bread then spread. Place about ten marshmellows in an even manner along one of the pieces of bread. Put the two pieces of bread together, then put in the microwave for about 30 seconds, just enough to soften the marshmellows.

Comments from Jessica :

This is a very good treat for kids if they want something sweet but you don't want to give them something that is too fatty. You can also use wheat bread if you want but I like white better.
