5 lb. white potaotes
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
As much as you want of the following:
Bacon bits
Sour cream
Salt and pepper
Chives or green onions
Butter
Any other desired stuffing ingredients

Directions:

Peel and par boil potatoes. Put into oblong baking dish. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bake in oven at 350°F until potatoes are soft.
