Ingredients:

2 lg. cucumbers peeled and sliced very, very thinly, salt, vinegar, water, sugar, black pepper.
1 tsp. salt (divided)
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. sugar
Paprika
1 dash pepper

Directions:

Peel and slice the cucumbers, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt. Let stand about 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess liquid. Mix 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper. Add to the cucumbers. Optional, you may add some thinly sliced onions. Sprinkle with paprika.

This salad goes very well with the Csirke Paprikas and Galuska. Now choose a dry white wine. Nagyon jo. (very good).
