1 can (12 oz.) tuna
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. relish
4 tbsp. bruised garlic chili *
1/2 tbsp. dried minced onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices Hot Pepper Jack Cheese
Paprika, to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cheese together. Butter one side of each of two slices of bread. Place one slice of bread butter-side down on a fry pan. Spoon tuna mix onto bread. Sprinkle with paprika. Place a slice of cheese on top. Place remaining slice of bread butter-side up on top. Cook on high until lightly browned; flip. Repeat.
