Ingredients:

3 dozen lg. male crabs
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper
2 slices salt pork

Directions:

Pull backs off of crabs and cut gills off. Spray crabs out with water. Place in large pot in layers. Put a layer of crabs, a layer of onion, a sprinkle of Old Bay, salt and pepper; continue this process until finished. Pour water and vinegar over crabs. Fry salt pork and pour over crabs. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

These are great served with a cold pepsi and fresh corn-on-the-cob.
