Cake:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can butterscotch pudding
2 eggs
Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
6 oz. butterscotch baking chips
1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions:

Stir together cake mix, pudding and eggs. Pour into 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle sugar, butterscotch chips and nuts over the top. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

I keep all the ingredients in my cupboard in case someone "calls me" to make a cake or to say they're coming over. It's completely easy & very tasty! You can also do it with chocolate pudding & chocolate chips.
