1-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 sticks margerine
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 container (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 cup 4X sugar
1 sm. package instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. package instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 chocolate Hershey bar

Directions:

Mix and pat into a 9x13-inch pan flour, margerine, and chopped nuts. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F. Let crust cool. First layer: Mix and spread over cooled crust cream cheese, 6 oz. Cool Whip, and 1 cup 4X sugar. Second layer: Mix and spread on top of first layer chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, milk, and vanilla. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Grate Hershey bar on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
