Ingredients:

6 cups chopped, boiled yams
1 cup butter/margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown suger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil your yams in a pot, peeled. Boil 30 minutes or untill tender when poked through with fork. Strain, and then put back in pot. Add butter and mash. Stir after mashing well to make thick. Add condensed milk, suger, salt vanilla and eggs. Mash/stir well. Pour mixture into a large dish, and bake for 1 hour, or until thin knife poked down into center comes out clean.
