Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (12 to 16 oz,) frozen mixed vegetables
2 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
3 cups water (approximately)
1 can kidney beans, drained (optional)

Directions:

In large pot, crumble ground beef and season (salt, pepper, etc) to taste; pour approximately 3 cups water over ground beef (enough to cover the meat). Add remaining ingredients, and cook at medium heat until potatoes are tender and cooked completely through.
