8 baking potatoes of equal size
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tbsp. caraway seeds

Directions:

Heat oven to 400°F. Scrub potatoes. Make several vertical slices through the top of each potato (a little more than half way through) to form a fan. Mix the butter and caraway seeds. Brush each potato with Caraway Butter, being sure that some of the mixture goes into the cuts. Bake on a baking sheet for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
