1 lb. ground pork
1 slice white bread soaked in
2 tbsp. half and half
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1/2 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb. fine noodles, cooked and drained
4 eggs
2/3 cup half and half
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Brown pork in a skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain. In a large bowl combine pork, bread, onion, caraway, parsley, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of pork mixture and noodles in a large, lightly buttered baking pan, ending with noodles. Beat together the eggs, half and half and Cheddar. Pour over pork mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
