Ingredients:

2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
2 lb. deli baked ham, thinly sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup yellow onion, minced
5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
18 buttered round sandwich buns

Directions:

Heat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except buns. Divide mixture among the sandwich buns. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Heat in the oven 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

To prepare ahead:
Follow recipe to wrapping in foil. Chill. Add 10 minutes to baking time.

This recipe has been in the family over 30 years and is always requested when supper is served in front of the television.
