4 eggs
3/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
7 cups quick rolled oats
1 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup plain M & Ms

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl beat eggs, butter, sugars, vanilla and peanut butter. In a separate bowl mix together baking soda, salt, and oats. Slowly mix into peanut butter mixture. Add chocolate chips and pecans. Stir to mix well.
Drop golfball sized clumps of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten each cookie into a circle with a spatula. Press M&Ms on top of dough.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are just golden. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheets before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

If dough seems to wet, add 1/2 to 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons at a time.
