Ingredients:

2 cups milk
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. (heaping) corn starch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Nutmeg

Directions:

Mix corn starch in 1/4 cup cold milk. Add sugar and vanilla to mixture and set aside. Heat remainder of milk and margarine. Add corn starch mixture and stir constantly until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.

This is a very good recipe. I substituted half and half for the milk and it made the pie creamier and more firm.
