Ingredients:

4 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar

Directions:

Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat. Put in a large mixing bowl. Add salad oil and blend well; add sugar; beat for 1 minute. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Mix in vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Chill dough for several hours. Shape into small balls, roll in powdered sugar. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
