Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. flour
1-1/20 pints chicken stock (more or less, to taste)
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Brown chicken breast in a frying pan. Remove from pan and set aside in a casserole dish. Saute onion and green pepper in the frying pan. Mix in tomato paste, paprika and flour and pour in chicken stock. Stir to make a thick sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
