1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1-1/3 cups coconut
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix graham cracker, flour and baking powder. In large mixing bowl, beat sweatened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add dry mixture. Mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

MY family loves this cookie recipe. I do however have a question......Has anyone made this particular recipe into a bar cookie instead of a drop cookie? If so what is the baking time for this? Thanks |
