Ingredients:

3/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
2-1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. milk
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Sift flour and cornmeal, add soda, cream of tartar, salt and sugar. Sift again. Add egg, cream, milk and butter. Pour into greased 9-inch pan. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
