Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon. Beat until creamy. Combine 2 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of batter into greased tubepan. Sprinkle on half of topping mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes,
