Ingredients:

5 eggs, beaten
2 cups half and half
2 cups shredded Cheddar or colby cheese
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg, oregano, or fennel
1 10-inch prepared pastry shell

Directions:

Beat eggs; add half and half. Add remainder ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
