Ingredients:

5 md. potatoes
2-1/2 cups milk
1 cup ham, cubed
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. flour

Directions:

Pare potatoes and slice thin. Place half of potatoes in greased casserole dish. Add half of other dry ingredients. Add rest of potatoes, then remaining ingredients. Pour milk over the top and bake at 400°F for 1-1/2 hours.

Also, add shredded cheese in between layers and on top. mmmmm....


If you have lunch meat that needs to be used it makes a good substitute for the ham.
