Ingredients:

1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tsp. grated orange rind
6 1-inch thick salmon steaks

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag; add salmon. Cover or seal, and chill 2 hours.

Remove salmon from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered with grill lid, on a lightly greased food rack over medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F degrees) 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
