Ingredients:

2 qt. bread, crumbled
1/4 cup carrots, cooked and diced
1/2 cup celery, finely cut
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup potatoes, salted, cooked and diced
1 chicken, finely cut
1/4 cup parsley
2 cups milk

Directions:

Brown bread in butter in skillet, turn often. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper. Mix. Put 1/4 cup in baking pan and brown. Pour in dressing. Bake at 350°-375°F until it is brown all around.
