Ingredients:

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1-1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2-1/2 cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
12 oz. Nestle Toll House Semi-SweetChocolate Morsels
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate morsels and nuts; mix well. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12-13 minutes for a crisp cookie. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

Yum. I baked these for 10 minutes and they were goo-ey. Great recipe.
