2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup Hershey's Skor English Toffee Baking Bits

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs; blend thoroughly. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

These cookies are awesome. Everytime I make them people rave about them. Now I am having a hard time finding Skor Toffee Bits. Can anyone help???

Dear Elisha. If you wanted to make toffee (by the way... it has two e's on the end) why did you pick a recipe that specifically says "cookie" at the top of it! Your really bright! |
