6 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. instant espresso coffee powder
3 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/4 cups coffee powder (or plain or Irish cream)
5/8 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

In a medium bowl, stir together espresso coffee powder, cocoa, coffee powder, sugar and cinnamon. Store tightly covered. For each cup of cappuccino, measure 4 tablespoons mix into a coffee mug and stir in 6 oz. of boiling water.

I only use about 1/2 the cinnamon called for and only use about 2 tablespoons of the mix per serving.
